Shares of Bondada Engineering Ltd. gained over 2% on Friday, December 26 after the company announced that it has has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) order worth ₹391 crore from NTPC Green Energy for a 300 MW Solar PV Project at Lalitpur.
This includes Balance of System (BOS) works for the project. The order is expected to be completed within 15 months.
This marks Bondada Engineering’s first EPC order from NTPC Green Energy Limited. The company’s total EPC order book stands
at approximately 3.3 GW.
The scope of work includes execution under EPC mode along with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three years.
Bondada Engineering said it will take care of the design, engineering, site development, manufacturing, inspection at the supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, installation, and testing of the solar power project.
Shares of the company is trading at ₹374.20 apiece on the BSE which is 2.13% higher than the day's opening.
This comes just days after Bondada won an order worth ₹945.1 crore from NLC India Ltd. That order involves balance of system works to set up 810 mega watt (MW) solar power project at RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The total order value is nearly one-fifth of its overall market capitalisation of over ₹4,000 crore.
