NCC said its transportation division won two orders, cumulatively worth ₹534.85 crore.
It added that the orders were received in the normal course of business of the company and do not include any internal order.
The promoters, promoter group, group companies do not have any interest in the entities that have awarded the projects and do not fall under the related party transaction, it said.
Shares of NCC were up 1.6% Tuesday at ₹150.6 apiece at 10 am. The stock is down 6.8% so far in the first six months of the year.
RITES on Tuesday said it won a ₹175.41 crore project management consultancy (PMC) contract from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) for the infrastructure development works on its campus.
The order includes planning, design and development of infrastructure facilities and other related works on the campus on a cost-plus PMC fee basis.
Shares of RITES were trading 11% higher on Tuesday at ₹226.71 apiece. The stock is down 6.8% so far in 2026.
The company said it has inked an intellectual property (IP) licence agreement with Tandem Defense LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Autonomous Power Corporation (Powerus) for the Guardian-1 Interceptor technology.
As per the agreement, Tandem Defense has granted Paras Defence an exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the IP within India to manufacture and commercialise the products in the country.
Shares of Paras Defence were down 1.9% at ₹1,263.7 apiece at 10 am on Wednesday. The stock has gained 58.6% in the past month and is up 88.9% this year, so far.
The company has launched Phase 2 of its Prestige Forest Hills at the Prestige City in Mulund, Mumbai, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,200 crore.
The phase comprises Towers C and D and is located at the foothills of the Yogi Hills. They offer forest-facing views and connectivity to key business districts, social infrastructure and transport corridors across Mumbai.
Shares of Prestige Estates were up 1.19% at ₹1,583.2 apiece at 10 am on Wednesday. The stock has gained 16.6% in the past month but is down 1.3% this year, so far.
The other two names reacting to order wins include RailTel Corporation of India, which bagged an order worth ₹108 crore from the Mahanadi Coalfields, while Newgen Software bagged an order worth ₹27 crore.
Shares of RailTel are up nearly 5% around 10 am on Wednesday, while those of Newgen Software are up 2.6%
The company said it won a 'large' order for the expansion of the Donauisel Water Works in Vienna, Austria.
The company classifies international orders in the $75 million to $150 million range as 'large'.
VA Tech Wabag will be responsible for the complete technology package of the new water works, covering process engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation and control, and building services.
The stock was up 3.4% up at ₹2,078.2 apiece at 10 am on Wednesday. The stock has gained 33.6% in the past month and 58% this year, so far.
