Mahindra Logistics Q3 Results: Turns profitable after 11 quarters as margin improves

Mahindra Logistics reported a net profit of ₹3.25 crore in the third quarter, marking a turnaround from a loss of ₹9.03 crore in the corresponding period last year, supported by healthy revenue growth and improved operating performance.

Revenue rose 19.1% year-on-year to ₹1,898 crore in Q3 FY26 from ₹1,594.2 crore a year ago. EBITDA increased 39.5% to ₹102.79 crore from ₹73.69 crore, reflecting stronger execution and operating efficiency.

EBITDA margin expanded to 5.42% during the quarter, up from

4.62% in the year-ago period, indicating better cost management and benefits from scale.

Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and CEO, said, “Q3 FY26 marks a defining inflection point for Mahindra Logistics. After 11 straight quarters of losses, we have returned to profitability, driven by sharper execution, stronger cost discipline, and a more focused growth strategy.”

He added that over the past few months, the company has stabilised its leadership structure, strengthened organisational alignment and rebuilt execution rigour on the ground.

For the nine months ended FY26, Mahindra Logistics reported a stronger consolidated performance, with revenue rising 15% year-on-year to ₹5,207.9 crore from ₹4,535.3 crore. Gross margin expanded to 9.8%, while gross margin value increased 21% to ₹512.7 crore.

EBITDA grew 28% year-on-year to ₹264.1 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 5.1% from 4.5%. The consolidated PAT loss narrowed to ₹11.9 crore for 9MFY26 from ₹29.1 crore in the year-ago period, with PAT margins improving to -0.2% from -0.6%.

The company said its mobility business handled over 10,000 trips per day across B2B and B2C segments during Q3 FY26, with more than 5,000 vehicles deployed daily.

Shares of Mahindra Logistics Ltd closed at ₹299 on the NSE on January 27, up ₹8.70, or 3.00%.
