The orders have been received through the company’s overseas wholly owned subsidiary from an international customer.

According to the disclosure, the orders are based on general contract conditions and involve supplying optical fiber cables as per customer specifications. The contracting entity is an international customer, and the execution timeline extends until November 2026.
Second Quarter Results
HFCL reported an 8.24% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit to ₹67.9 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2025. Net profit for the same quarter last year stood at ₹74 crore.
The company reported ₹1,043 crore in revenue, down 4.6% on a year-on-year basis from ₹1,093 crore in the same quarter last year. However, it rose 19.8% on a sequential basis from ₹871 crore in revenue in the June quarter.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew by 19.9% from last year to ₹190 crore, while EBITDA margin improved by 370 basis points to 18.2% from 14.5% a year earlier.
On Friday (December 5), shares of HFCL Ltd ended at ₹68.90, down by ₹1.52, or 2.16%, on the BSE.
