Affle 3i Q3 profit rises 19%, as user conversion business drives growth

Digital advertising and mobile marketing company Affle 3i Ltd reported a strong performance for the December quarter, with net profit rising 19% year-on-year to ₹119.3 crore, supported by healthy growth

across industry verticals and geographies.

Revenue increased 19.2% to ₹717.4 crore from ₹601.6 crore in the year-ago period, crossing the ₹700 crore mark for the first time.

EBITDA grew 24.2% year-on-year to ₹163 crore, while operating margin improved to 22.7% from 21.8% a year earlier.

The company said its Cost Per Converted User (CPCU) business remained the key growth driver, with CPCU revenue rising 19.6% year-on-year to ₹713.6 crore in Q3 FY26. Total converted users delivered during the first nine months of FY26 stood at 33.6 crore.

Commenting on the results, Chairperson, MD & CEO Anuj Khanna Sohum said Q3 FY26 marked an important milestone with the company delivering its highest-ever quarterly revenue run-rate, EBITDA, profit and consumer conversions. He added that consistent execution and the scalability of Affle’s AI-powered Consumer Platform Stack continue to underpin performance even in a challenging global environment.

Affle said its strong balance sheet and operating cash flows will support continued investments in technology, talent and strategic initiatives under its Affle 3i growth vision. The company is also extending the capabilities of its agentic AI engine, Niko, across its consumer platform to drive higher automation and operational efficiency, while remaining focused on disciplined capital allocation and sustained innovation.

Shares of Affle 3i Ltd ended higher on Friday, January 30, by 1.58% at ₹1,559.00 on the NSE.
