NCL Inds Q3 Update | Cement production and dispatches rise 5%

NCL Industries Limited on Wednesday, January 7, reported a 5% increase in both cement production and dispatches for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

Cement production increased to 6.95 lakh tonnes from 6.61 lakh tonnes in the year-ago period. Dispatches rose 6.93 lakh tonnes year-on-year in Q3FY26 from 6.63 lakh tonnes.

For the nine months period, cement production grew 3% to 19.69 lakh tonnes, while dispatches

rose 2% to 19.61 lakh tonnes compared to the previous year.

However, the company saw significant declines in other product segments. Cement boards production dropped 41% in the quarter and 35% over nine months, while dispatches were down 25% for the quarter and 32% for nine months.

Ready-mix concrete (RMC) production and sales slipped 18% in the quarter and 15% over nine months. Door production and sales plunged 100% in the quarter and 93% for the nine months till December 31, 2025.

On the energy front, hydro power generation showed a modest growth of 2% in the quarter and 6% over the first nine months of FY26.

For Q2FY26, NCL Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹345.05 crore, marking a 4.44% year-on-year increase from ₹330.39 crore in Q2FY25 and a 1.94% quarter-on-quarter rise from ₹338.47 crore in Q1FY26. The consolidated profit after tax was ₹19.90 crore, representing a sharp 692% growth year-on-year from ₹2.51 crore, but a slight decline of 1.87% quarter-on-quarter from ₹20.27 crore.

Shares of NCL Industries closed at ₹211 on the NSE, down ₹0.16, or 0.08%, on January 7.
