What is the story about?
Raymond Realty has launched a large-scale redevelopment project in Wadala, marking a key expansion in central Mumbai, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹5,000 crore. The project, titled The Address by GS, Wadala, spans 5.62 acres and strengthens the company’s presence beyond traditional South Mumbai luxury corridors.
The development offers premium 2 and 3 BHK residences along with high-street retail spaces, and is positioned as a central Mumbai lifestyle destination. The project features around 1.7 lakh sq ft of recreational area, including a 45,000 sq ft clubhouse and more than 50 lifestyle amenities. These include an expansive pool and lounge deck, golf simulator, mini theatre, badminton and squash courts, bowling alley, banquet spaces, and multiple wellness and social zones.
Connectivity remains a key highlight of the Wadala project, with access to the Eastern Freeway, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), Monorail, and upcoming Metro Lines 4 and 11, improving linkages to business districts such as BKC, Lower Parel and South Mumbai. The project is also aligned with IGBC sustainability standards.
Earlier in December 2025, the company launched Invictus by GS, BKC on a 2-acre land parcel, carrying an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,000 crore.
