BLS International Services gets relief as Delhi High Court sets aside MEA debarment

New Delhi-based provider of visa and consular outsourcing services, BLS International Services Ltd, on Thursday (December 18) said that the High Court of Delhi has set aside the debarment imposed on the company by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.

This follows the company’s earlier intimation dated October 11, 2025, regarding the MEA order that had barred BLS International Services from participating in future tenders of the MEA and Indian missions abroad for a period of two years.

The company had challenged the debarment order by filing a writ petition before the Delhi High Court. According to the update, the court has passed an order quashing the debarment issued by the MEA. As a result of the court’s decision, the debarment imposed on BLS International Services pursuant to the MEA order stands set aside.

BLS International is a New Delhi-based company that provides outsourced services for governments. It specialises in visa, passport and consular services. BLS is also a global partner for embassies and governments.

Shares of BLS International Services Ltd ended at ₹315.50, up by ₹3.60, or 1.15%, on the BSE.
