HG Infra Q2 Results: Profit halves as revenue falls 24%, margin contracts to 12%

HG Infra Engineering reported its September quarter results on Tuesday, November 3, with the net profit declining 52.1% year-on-year to ₹32.1 crore from ₹67 crore a year ago.

The company's revenue declined 23.5% to ₹883.2 crore from ₹1,154 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) fell 28.6% to ₹105 crore from ₹147 crore a year ago, while EBITDA margin contracted to 12% from 13%.

Shares of HG Infra Engineering closed 0.54% lower at ₹392.80 on the NSE on Tuesday, ahead of the earnings announcement. HG Infra Engineering shares have declined 46.91% so far in 2026, falling from ₹347.10 to ₹392.80 as of November 3.
