TBO Tek Q3 Results: Revenue surges 86% YoY, EBITDA jumps; margin dips slightly

TBO Tek delivered a strong topline performance in the December quarter, with revenue from operations rising 85.8% year-on-year to ₹784.3 crore, compared with ₹422.1 crore in the same period last year.

Operating performance mirrored the sharp revenue growth. EBITDA increased 81.7% to ₹100.3 crore from ₹55.2 crore a year earlier. However, EBITDA margin moderated slightly to 12.7% from 13.1% in the corresponding quarter last year, indicating a marginal compression despite robust expansion in scale.

Net profit for the quarter rose 7.4% year-on-year to ₹53.6 crore, compared with ₹49.9 crore in Q3FY25.

Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of TBO Tek Ltd closed at ₹1,539.00 on the NSE, down ₹37.60 or 2.38% for the day.
