Keystone Realtors Limited reported a sharp decline in its Q3 FY26 financials, with net profit falling 77.3% to ₹3.4 crore from ₹15 crore year-on-year.
Revenue declined 42.6% to ₹266.2 crore compared to ₹464 crore in the same period last year, while EBITDA dropped 71.8% to ₹11.6 crore. The company’s margins narrowed to 4.4% from 8.9% YoY.
Despite the dip in profitability, the company reported strong pre-sales performance, reaching ₹837 crore in Q3 FY26 and ₹2,676 crore year-to-date, representing a 23% growth over YTD FY25.
Keystone launched one new project in Q3 FY26 with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹919 crore, bringing total YTD launches to five projects with a GDV of ₹5,835 crore.
