Tata Chemicals Ltd | The world's second-largest soda ash manufacturer on Monday (July 27) reported a consolidated net loss of ₹17 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, against a net profit of ₹252 crore in the corresponding period last year, primarily due to lower realisations, reduced other income and lower joint venture income.

Godfrey Phillips India | Cigarette and tobacco products maker reported a weaker set of earnings for the June quarter, with both profit and revenue declining from a year ago.

Coal India | Maharatna firm reported a marginal 0.69% year on year (YoY) increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) at ₹8,852 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with ₹8,797 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Tata Power | The firm reported a stronger-than-expected performance for the June quarter, with net profit rising 11% year-on-year as robust contributions from its renewable energy, transmission and generation businesses offset pressure on margins.

HDFC Bank | The bank has concluded its internal review into the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) deposit arrangement, with the bank's board determining that the conduct of the employees involved amounted to business overreach rather than any mala fide action, personal enrichment or improper motive.

Northern Arc Capital | The firm reported a 17.6% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit to ₹121.8 crore for the quarter ended June 30, compared with ₹103.6 crore a year earlier. Net interest income (NII), the company's core income, increased 44.2% to ₹496.1 crore from ₹344.1 crore, while total revenue rose 30% year-on-year to ₹767.5 crore from ₹590.6 crore.

Gravita India Ltd | Recycling firm on Monday (July 27) reported a 14.1% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹106.4 crore for the first quarter, compared with ₹93.3 crore in the same period last year.

Bharat Electronics (BEL) | The firm on Monday, June 27, reported a largely in-line set of earnings for the June quarter, with net profit and revenue marginally ahead of CNBC-TV18 estimates, while operating margin came in below Street expectations. The state-run defence company also approved a proposal to increase its authorised share capital, subject to shareholders' approval.
