The Park opens its first hotel in Patna with eye on buisness, leisure travellers

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has opened Zone Connect by The Park Patna, its first hotel in the state of Bihar. The property is designed as a city resort and aims to provide modern accommodations with facilities for both business and leisure travellers.

The hotel is located around 17 km from Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport and the upcoming Bihta airport, informed the company.

The property

includes rooms and cottages, an all-day dining restaurant called Café C, and a bakery. Amenities include a gym, a spa, a swimming pool, and a children’s play area. Indoor and outdoor event spaces can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.

Pramod Kumar, Director of Ramanujam Resorts Pvt Ltd, said the company has built a partnership with Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited for the development and operation of the hotel. He added, "We look forward to deepening this association and exploring opportunities to expand together across other cities in the region as well.”

Vikas Ahluwalia, General Manager and National Head of Zone by The Park Hotels, said the launch represents the brand’s first hotel in Bihar. He noted the state’s economic growth, improving infrastructure, and demand from business and leisure travellers as factors supporting the expansion into the region.

Shares of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited closed at ₹129, up ₹2.18 or 1.72% in today’s session.
