ASK Automotive reported a 21.2% year-on-year increase in net profit for the third quarter, with profit rising to ₹79.9 crore compared with ₹65.9 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter
grew 18.5% to ₹1,084 crore from ₹915 crore a year ago.
The company informed that its EBITDA increased 26.8% year-on-year to ₹141 crore, compared with ₹111.2 crore in Q3 of the previous year. Its operating margin improved to 13% during the quarter, up from 12.1% in the corresponding period last year.
Profit after tax stood slightly higher than ₹79.80 crore reported in the September 2025 quarter. Profit before tax increased to ₹105.29 crore from ₹103.66 crore on a sequential basis.

Total expenses for the quarter rose to ₹984.18 crore from ₹956.82 crore in the preceding quarter, largely in line with higher operating activity.
Company's employee benefit expenses stood at ₹55.61 crore, compared with ₹55.43 crore in Q2FY26, while depreciation and amortisation expense increased to ₹28.96 crore from ₹27.86 crore.
The Group said the New Labour Codes are not expected to have any material impact on its consolidated financial results, based on legal opinion, available information and a review of the existing wage structure.
ASK Automotive Ltd shares closed at ₹428.00 on the NSE, down ₹1.80 or 0.42%, on Wednesday.
