The company has proposed a premium residential development project on the land parcel with 2.5 million square feet of saleable area and an estimated revenue potential of ₹4,150 crore.
Godrej Properties had participated in an e-auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for the land parcel. HMDA will issue the allotment letters after following the due process.
Neopolis, Kokapet is a residential micro-market in Hyderabad that is in proxmity with the financial district and HITEC City, global technology companies, international schools, retail avenues and healthcare facilities.
In August 2025, Godrej Properties had acquired 7.825 acre land parcel in Kukatpall. Following this, the recent Neopolis, Kokapet auction reinforces the company's growing presence in Hyderabad, building on the successful launches of Godrej Madison Avenue in Kokapet and Godrej Regal Pavilion in Rajendra Nagar, it said.
Godrej Properties added that Hyderabad has emerged as one of the fastest-growing markets for the company, with sales of more than ₹2,000 crore in the calendar year 2025.
"We remain committed to strengthening our presence in this high-potential market through strategic acquisitions and differentiated developments," Gaurav Pandey, the MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, said.
Shares of Godrej Properties ended the previous session 0.5% up at ₹2,107 apiece. The stock has declined 24.1% this year, so far.
