Revenue for the quarter increased 13% year-on-year to ₹1,936.4 crore, up from ₹1,713.3 crore in the corresponding quarter.
Total expenses during the quarter were ₹14,608.36 crore, higher than ₹13,985.46 crore in the year-ago period. Cost of materials consumed rose to ₹11,389.53 crore from ₹9,426.09 crore, while employee benefits expense increased to ₹461.09 crore from ₹256.54 crore.

Operating performance also improved, with EBITDA rising 15.4% year-on-year to ₹592.7 crore, compared with ₹513.5 crore a year ago. As a result, the company’s EBITDA margin expanded to 30.6%, from 30% in the year-ago period.
The quarter reflected steady growth in topline and profitability, supported by an improvement in operating margins.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Premier Energies reported revenue from operations of ₹55,940.71 crore, compared with ₹48,979.10 crore in the corresponding period last year. Net profit for the nine-month period stood at ₹10,529.43 crore, up from ₹6,593.27 crore.

Premier Energies Ltd shares rose 5.03% to ₹747.00 on the NSE on Thursday, gaining ₹35.80 from the previous close.
