Refrigerant gas manufacturer Refex Industries Ltd on Thursday (November 27) said it has secured an order worth approximately ₹100 crore for the excavation, loading, and transportation of pond ash and bottom
ash. The order, awarded by a large domestic business conglomerate, is set to be executed over a period of four months.
Under the multi-month engagement, Refex Industries will manage the complete scope of services, including excavation, loading, and transportation of pond ash/bottom ash. The order is entirely domestic, and there is no involvement of promoters, promoter groups, or group companies in the entity awarding the contract.

In September this year, Refex Industries said its subsidiary, Venwind Refex Power Ltd (VRPL), had won a major renewable energy contract. The company disclosed that VRPL has signed a term sheet with a leading independent power producer for the supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and tubular towers for wind projects in Gujarat.
The contract, valued at ₹474.45 crore, includes the design, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning of the WTGs, along with supervisory support for foundation casting and erection. The execution of the order will be phased, with projects worth ₹142.3 crore to be completed by March 2026, and the balance ₹332.1 crore by March 2027.
Shares of Refex Industries Ltd ended at ₹320.35, down by ₹5.55, or 1.70%, on the BSE today, November 27.
