Realty firm Lodha Developers Ltd (formerly Macrotech Developers Ltd) on Thursday (November 27) said the Supreme Court of India has permitted restitution of the entire sum of ₹520.80 crore that the company
had deposited as security against claims on V Hotels Ltd.
The amount will be refunded to Lodha Developers along with accrued interest. The court order affirms Lodha Developers’ position as the bona fide successful Resolution Applicant for V Hotels with a legitimate interest in its property.

Following the order, the Enforcement Directorate will have no right or lien over the properties of V Hotels. The company stated that this development follows its earlier disclosure made on July 2, 2025.
Second Quarter Results
Macrotech Developers reported an 87% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹789.8 crore for the second quarter of FY26, driven by higher income and operating leverage. Its net profit stood at ₹423.1 crore in the same quarter last year.
Total income rose to ₹3,878.7 crore during the July–September period from ₹2,684.6 crore a year earlier, according to a regulatory filing. The company posted its best-ever Q2 pre-sales of ₹4,570 crore, up 7% year-on-year, and revenues from operations rose 45% to ₹3,800 crore. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹1,310 crore, up 37% YoY, with a robust margin of 34.4%.

Shares of Lodha Developers Ltd ended at ₹1,155.00, down by ₹8.45, or 0.73%, on the BSE.
