Tanla Platforms Ltd on Thursday (January 22) reported a 10.8% year-on-year increase in net profit for the third quarter, reaching ₹131.3 crore compared with ₹118.5 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter grew 12.1% to ₹1,121 crore, up from ₹1,000.4 crore in Q3 of the previous fiscal year. EBITDA rose 16.9% to ₹190.5 crore, compared with ₹163 crore a year ago. The company reported an EBITDA margin of 17% for the quarter, up from 16.3% in Q3 FY25.
Tanla Platforms reported a gross profit of ₹309 crore for the quarter, marking a growth of 7.8% quarter-on-quarter and 18.7% year-on-year. The company’s gross margin stood at 27.6%.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the period were ₹9.95, demonstrating steady profitability. The company generated a free cash flow of ₹137 crore, which represents 104% of its net profit after tax.
Uday Reddy, Founder Chairman and CEO, said, "Q3 marks a milestone, with revenue crossing ₹1,100 crore for the first time and growth delivered across all key financial metrics. Both business segments continue to perform well. We will remain focused on investing in Wisely.ai to build innovative solutions for telcos and enterprises."
Shares of Tanla Platforms Ltd ended at ₹451.50, down by ₹13.20, or 3.01%, on the BSE.
