The stretch covers a length of 82.5 km, and the contract has been awarded through a competitive bidding process. As part of the agreement, the company will also be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including replenishment of consumable items.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contract is for a period of one year. Highway Infrastructure entered into the formal contract agreement on January 8, 2026, following the receipt of the letter of acceptance in December 2025. The company is scheduled to take over operations at the fee plaza from January 23, 2026.
