Shares of Eicher Motors Ltd. gained on Friday, April 10, after Royal Enfield electric vehicles vertical launched the Flying Flea C6 (FF.C6) motorcycle.
Flying Flea is Royal Enfield's new city+ electric mobility brand and Tuesday's launch was its first motorcycle. It is priced at ₹2.79 lakh (ex-showroom) or ₹1.99 lakh (battery-as-a-service) and is available in 'Storm Black' and 'Flea Green' colours.
The motorcycle will be available from April 10 at the first Flying Flea store in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, the company said. The bookings will commence from 12 PM, with deliveries set to begin at the end of May. The company said the rollout will follow a phased, city-by-city approach.
Royal Enfield said the FF.C6 has a top speed of 115km/hour and over 400 Nm of wheel torque, all within a lightweight 124kg. It offers swift acceleration while maintaining stability through lean-angle sensing ABS, traction control, and rider aids like tip-over alert and live location sharing.
The motorcycle is powered by a 3.91 kWh battery and offers seamless connectivity via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G, and remote monitoring, the company said.
The charging is flexible and efficient at around 1% per minute with options for rapid, standard and trickle charging using a universal wall outlet.

Brokerage firm Nomura is 'neutral' on the Eicher Motors stock with a target price of ₹7,827 per share, an upside of 9.9% from its previous close. It said the bike may require further refinement.
Nomura said the Flying Flea C6 features multiple innovations but may need further refinement. It includes TFT display, ride modes, lean-angle ABS and OTA features. Nomura said the product needs improvement in battery, charging and comfort for wider adoption.
Of the 40 analysts who have coverage on the stock, 27 have a 'buy' rating, nine have a 'hold' rating and four have a 'sell' rating.
Shares of Eicher Motors were up 1.5% at ₹7,253 apiece at 9.30 am on Friday. The stock has declined 3.8% in the past month.
