The tech-heavy Nasdaq fell more than 2%, weighed down by losses among major technology companies. The declines have put the Nasdaq on track to end a seven-week winning streak, with a week-to-date drop of more than 1%. The S&P 500 is down 0.5% so far this week, while the Dow remains slightly lower.
