Wipro rolls out salary hikes from March 1 after delay, amid cautious pay trends in IT sector

Wipro has decided to implement salary hikes for all its employees with effect from March 1, offering relief to its workforce after earlier delays, Business Standard reported citing an internal company email.

The quantum of the hikes has not been disclosed so far.

The move comes at a time when Indian IT services firms have been conservative on compensation revisions and variable payouts, reflecting continued caution amid uncertain global demand, tariff-related tensions and geopolitical disruptions.
