Ratnamani Metals reported a weaker performance for the December quarter, with declines across profit, revenue and operating earnings on a year-on-year basis.
The company’s net profit fell 16.4% year-on-year to ₹109.8 crore in Q3, compared with ₹131.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations declined 19.8% YoY to ₹1,055.8 crore, down from ₹1,316 crore in the same period last year, reflecting lower topline execution during the quarter.
Operating performance remained subdued.
EBITDA declined 4.5% YoY to ₹194.3 crore in Q3, compared with ₹203.4 crore a year ago.
Despite the contraction in absolute EBITDA, operating margins improved to 18.4% from 15.4% in the year-ago quarter, indicating better cost management and margin resilience amid lower revenues.
