The order is for an aggregate quantity of 11,000 metric tonne, to be executed over 11 months from January to November 2026, translating to a monthly supply of about 1,000 MT. The company estimates the monthly order value at roughly ₹29.2 crore, excluding GST.
This is a repeat order from the same customer. Arfin India had earlier secured an order for 1,000 MT valued at around ₹29.2 crore, and said the latest contract reinforces its long-term customer relationship and market presence.
The company added that none of its promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party norms.
The Gujarat-based company reported a net profit of ₹2.45 crores for Q2 FY26, marking a massive 126.85% quarter-on-quarter increase from ₹1.08 crores in Q1. Net sales were up 17.53% at ₹127.94 crores in Q2 FY26 from ₹108.86 crores in Q1. However, the net sales were down 14.20% on year-on-year basis from ₹149.11 crores in Q2 FY25.
Shares of Arfin India were trading 0.93% down at ₹69.01 as of 12:55pm, up from the intraday low of ₹68. The stock has gained 15.13% in the last one month.
