Campus Activewear shares jump 8% after positive Q3 results across all parameters

Shares of Campus Activewear Ltd. gained over 7% on Monday, February 2, after reporting their third quarter earnings.

Campus Activewear's third quarter witnessed an improvement across all parameters in the October-December period.

The company's net profit rose 37% to ₹63.7 crore from ₹46.5 crore in the third quarter of last year.

Its revenue came in at ₹588.6 crore, up 14.3% from the previous year's ₹514.8 crore.



Campus Activewear's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 34.5% to ₹110.3 crore from ₹82 crore in the third quarter of the previous fiscal.

Its margins expanded sharply to 18.7% from 15.9% in the year-ago period.

Campus Activewear shares ended 5.4% higher after gaining as much as 8% on the earnings announcement. The stock ended at ₹269, still below its IPO price of ₹292.
