In its Q3 FY26 business update to the exchanges, the NBFC said disbursements for the nine months ended December are estimated at ₹43,900 crore, up 4% year-on-year, excluding finance leases.
Asset quality remained largely stable during the quarter. Collection efficiency is estimated at 95%, unchanged from the year-ago period. Stage-3 assets are estimated in the range of 3.9% to 4.0% as of December-end, compared with 3.9% as of September 30, 2025.

Early delinquencies showed improvement, with Stage-2 assets estimated at 5.4–5.5%, down from 5.8% in the September quarter and 6.3% a year earlier, the company said.
M&M Finance also reported a comfortable liquidity position, with a liquidity buffer of over ₹8,850 crore on its balance sheet as of December 31.
The company will announce its detailed financial results for the December quarter at a later date.
Shares of the NBFC ended 0.61% lower at ₹401.70 on Friday, ahead of the update.
