Delhi-based water treatment company Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd on Wednesday (May 27) said its step-down subsidiary Suyog Urja Ltd (SUL) has been awarded a ₹207.47-crore (excluding GST) contract for land aggregation and balance of plant (BoP) works for a hybrid renewable energy project.
The contract, dated May 27, 2026, has been awarded by CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Ltd. The scope includes land aggregation and development, along with balance of plant works for a hybrid renewable energy project comprising wind and solar components.
It covers civil and electrical works, supply of cranes for wind-operated equipment generator (WOEG) installation and storage handling, inter-carting of WOEG and installation services, solar project-related infrastructure, evacuation facilities, testing, commissioning and handover, along with other enabling works and land and right-of-way related activities.

The order is a domestic engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract. The execution timeline for the project is up to June 30, 2027. The contract value is ₹207.47 crore, excluding GST.
Enviro Infra Engineers said the promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract, and the order does not fall under related party transactions.
Last month, Enviro Infra Engineers secured two EPC contracts worth ₹972 crore over the weekend.
The first project is to develop a sewer network on an EPC basis in 306 urban local bodies under the Swachh Bharat Mission (urban) 2.0 Maharashtra. The project, worth ₹587.2 crore, is to be completed in 24 months.

The second project is worth ₹384.98 crore and is to be completed in 24 months as well.
Shares of Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd ended at ₹206.50, down by ₹0.95, or 0.46%, on the BSE today, May 27.
