Nykaa reported a sharp rise in fourth-quarter earnings, with consolidated net profit jumping to ₹78.4 crore in Q4FY26 from ₹20.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, supported by strong revenue growth and margin expansion.
Revenue from operations grew 28.4% year-on-year to ₹2,648.2 crore from ₹2,061.8 crore, marking the company’s highest growth in the last 12 quarters.
EBITDA rose 67% YoY to ₹223 crore from ₹134 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded to a record high of 8.4% from 6.5% in Q4FY25, aided by operating leverage and scale efficiencies.
The company’s total segment revenue was driven primarily by robust performance in the beauty business.
Beauty segment revenue rose to ₹2,409.94 crore from ₹1,894.76 crore a year ago, while fashion segment revenue increased to ₹225.33 crore from ₹161 crore. Revenue from the others segment also rose to ₹12.90 crore from ₹6 crore.
Segment results before exceptional items climbed to ₹133.77 crore in Q4FY26 from ₹59.83 crore in the year-ago period.
The beauty segment posted profit of ₹157.86 crore compared with ₹103.56 crore last year, while losses in the fashion segment narrowed to ₹8.26 crore from ₹36.44 crore.
Nykaa said its beauty vertical continued to deliver strong growth with improving profitability, with GMV rising 27% YoY to ₹14,954 crore in FY26.
Commenting on the performance, Falguni Nayar said crossing the $1 billion revenue in FY26 alongside sustained profitability and capital efficiency marked a defining moment in Nykaa’s journey.
She added that the company continues to build scalable businesses across beauty and fashion while focusing on wellness as a future growth frontier and leveraging AI for greater personalization and efficiency.
The company also said its GCC operations were impacted due to the ongoing geopolitical situation, though the impact on the overall business remained insignificant.
