SJS Enterprises Q2 results: Net profit jumps 51% YoY to ₹43 cr, revenue up 25%

SJS Enterprises Ltd on Monday, November 3, reported a 51.4% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit to ₹43 crore for the second quarter of FY26, compared to ₹29 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue grew 25.4% YoY to ₹241.7 crore from ₹192.7 crore, driven by robust growth across both business segments, a 44.3% YoY rise in the two-wheeler (2W) segment, and 16.5% YoY growth in the passenger vehicle (PV) segment.

EBITDA surged 36.8% YoY to ₹68.4 crore, up from ₹50 crore in Q2 FY25, while operating

margin improved to 28.3% from 26% in the year-ago quarter.

The company's exports rose 40.9% YoY to ₹23.19 crore, accounting for 9.6% of total consolidated sales. The company clarified that this includes deemed exports--products manufactured for global customers’ plants outside India but delivered to their Indian purchasing offices.

Commenting on the company’s performance, KA Joseph, Managing Director of SJS Enterprises Ltd, said, “Building on the strong momentum from the previous quarter, Q2 FY2026 was a milestone period for SJS. The company delivered its highest-ever consolidated revenue and profits during the quarter, supported by strong demand across both 2W and PV segments. Our enhanced profitability is a reflection of better product mix, operational excellence, and disciplined execution.”

He added that this performance underscores the success of the firm’s diversification strategy and strong OEM partnerships, reinforcing its position as a trusted premium aesthetics solutions provider.

Sanjay Thapar, Executive Director & Group CEO, added that the company aims to increase exports to 14-15% of consolidated revenue by FY28 through diversification and new customer additions.

Shares of SJS Enterprises Ltd ended higher on Monday, October 31, by 0.35% at ₹1,620.10 on the NSE.
