What is the story about?
RateGain Travel Technologies Limited on Thursday, January 8, announced an exclusive reseller partnership with Aztech Digital to accelerate the expansion of its AI voice solution UNO VIVA across Europe, starting with Greece and Cyprus.
In a regulatory filing, RateGain said Aztech Digital will serve as the exclusive distributor of UNO VIVA in the two markets, leveraging its long-standing relationships with hotels and travel-tech partners. The partnership is aimed at helping hotels manage fluctuating service volumes during peak seasons while meeting growing demand for instant, accurate and multilingual guest support.
Ashish Sikka, Business Head of UNO Platforms at RateGain, said, “Our partnership with Aztech Digital marks a significant step in bringing AI-driven innovation to the hospitality sector in Greece and Cyprus.
UNO VIVA is a CRS-integrated AI voice agent built on RateGain’s UNO platform. According to Sikka, the solution can handle 24/7 voice reservations in over 30 languages, integrate seamlessly with CRS, PMS and booking engines, and continuously improve through machine learning.
The company said that the product can reduce operational costs by up to 60% and drive up to 40% revenue uplift through automated upselling and personalised offers.
RateGain believes the partnership strengthens its footprint in Europe and underscores its focus on driving innovation and direct-booking performance in the hospitality sector.
Costis Fronimos, CEO of Aztech Digital, said, “Integrating VIVA into our ecosystem expands the value our clients receive beyond media activation. We chose VIVA because it combines three elements that are central to our long-term direction: AI-driven intelligence, operational scalability, and a commercially aligned model that links value creation directly to performance.”
Aztech Digital, which has more than 25 years of experience in tourism-focused adtech and digital transformation, said the collaboration would help hotels improve conversion rates and build more resilient, margin-focused operating models.
The announcement comes as RateGain continues to expand its portfolio of AI-powered SaaS solutions for travel and hospitality clients globally. Last month, the company integrated its AI-driven UNO Booking Engine with PayU, giving hotels access to a more secure, frictionless payment stack.
RateGain Travel reported a 2.3% fall in its consolidated net profit at ₹51 crore , in the second quarter of FY26, from last year's ₹52.2 crore. Its revenue was up 6.4% at ₹295, while its EBITDA declined 11% to ₹53.6 crore from the previous year. Its EBITDA margin contracted to 18.2% from 22% in the year-ago period.
Shares of the company were trading 1.28% down at ₹677.20 as of 11:34 am. The stock has gained 44.45% in the past six months.
