In the previous quarter, its consolidated net profit was at ₹294.8 crore compared to ₹256.6 crore in the previous year. Its revenue from operations increased marginally by 0.7% to ₹2,836.1 crore from ₹2,815 crore.
The company's EBITDA fell 4.4% to ₹510.3 crore from ₹533.6 crore in the previous year. Its EBITDA margins declined to 17.9% from 18.9%.
Its board had also recommended a dividend of ₹12.5 per share for FY26.
Shares of Birla Corp ended the previous session 0.5% up at ₹979 apiece. It has declined 2.5% in the past month and 11.8% this year, so far.
