Sagility India Q2 results: Profit doubles, revenue up 25%; declares dividend

Sagility India Ltd
posted a strong set of numbers for the July
–
September quarter, with net profit rising over twofold to
₹
251 crore from
₹
117 crore a year earlier.
Revenue grew 25.2% year-on-year to
₹
1,658 crore, while EBITDA increased 37.7% to
₹
415 crore. Operating margin improved to 25%, compared to 22.7% in the same period last year.
The company’s Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of
₹
0.05 per share (face value
₹
10 each) for FY26. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is November 12, 2025, with the payout scheduled on or before November 28, 2025,
Sagility
said in a filing.
At the end of the quarter, the company had 44,185 employees and a presence across five countries with 34 delivery centres.
Ramesh Gopalan, Managing Director and Group CEO, said the company’s performance in the first half of FY26 reflects
Sagility’s
ability to sustain growth in a changing marketplace. “As our clients continue to deal with profitability pressures, we are bringing our domain expertise and transformational capabilities to help them reduce the cost of operations,” he said.
He added that AI-enabled automation and process transformation were driving better outcomes for clients, while strong cross-selling traction with
BroadPath
and disciplined execution were expected to support continued momentum in the second half of FY26.
Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of
Sagility
Ltd closed 3.2% higher at

51.20 on the NSE.
