Studds Accessories Ltd., a manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets and motorcycle accessories based in Haryana, has fixed the price band of its ₹455.49 crore IPO, which will open for subscription on Thursday, October 30.
Price band for the IPO has been fixed between ₹557 to ₹585 per share.
Investors can bid for one lot of 25 shares, which will entail a minimum investment of ₹14,625, and then in multiples of 25 shares thereafter.
The entire issue is an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 77.86 lakh shares by promoters and other selling shareholders, which means the company will not receive any proceeds from the issue.
50% of the issue has been set aside for eligible institutional investors (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional and the remaining 35% of the IPO shares have been reserved for retail investors.
Promoters, including Madhu Bhushan Khurana, his son Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana, and daughter Shilpa Arora, hold 78.78% shareholding in Studds Accessories. The public owns the remaining 21.22 shares.
With three manufacturing facilities and an annual production capacity of 9.04 million units, Studds Accessories is a manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets and related accessories. The company sells helmets under its flagship brands, Studds and SMK, and also offers a range of two-wheeler accessories including luggage, gloves, helmet locks, rain suits, riding jackets, and eyewear under the Studds brand.
A pan-India player with a strong global presence, Studds exports to over 70 countries. It also manufactures helmets for international brands such as Jay Squared LLC (sold under the Daytona brand in the US) and O'Neal, supplying to markets across Europe, US, and Australia.
Studds Accessories posted decent financial performance in the recent past with profit in the fiscal 2025 rising 21.7% to ₹69.6 crore as against ₹57.2 crore in the previous fiscal. Revenue during the same period rose 10% to ₹ 584 crore as against
₹529 crore.
The company's profit in the June 2025 quarter came in at ₹20 crore and revenue stood at ₹149 crore.
The merchant bankers managing the Studds Accessories IPO are IIFL Capital Services and ICICI Securities.
The allotment for the Studds Accessories IPO is expected to be finalised on November 4, while the company's shares will be listed on BSE and NSE with a tentative listing date fixed as November 7.
This is be the third mainboard IPO launching this week, along with Orkla India and Lenskart Solutions.
