Ashiana Housing reported a sharp rise in its Q4 performance, with area booked at 11.19 lakh sq ft compared to 8.48 lakh sq ft in the corresponding period last year.
The company informed the exchange on Tuesday, April 7, that the value of area sold more than doubled to ₹1,289.7 crore versus ₹574.7 crore year-on-year, reflecting stronger demand and higher realisation.
For FY26, the company said it achieved its highest-ever annual sales value of ₹2,421.47 crore.
The senior living segment also posted its best-ever performance, recording sales value of ₹570.15 crore in FY26, compared to ₹382.90 crore in FY25. The segment accounted for 569 units covering 7.37 lakh sq ft, up from 430 units and 5.41 lakh sq ft in the previous year.
Operationally, Ashiana Housing booked 665 units in Q4 FY26, higher than 357 units in Q3 FY26 and 597 units in Q4 FY25.

During the quarter, the company said it launched 849 units across projects including Ashiana Advik Phase-III (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Tarang Phase-VII (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Aaroham Phase-I & II (Gurugram), Ashiana Malhar Phase-IV (Pune), Ashiana Amodh Phase-III (Pune), and Ashiana Swarang Phase-III (Chennai).

Out of these, 394 units were sold, covering 7.62 lakh sq ft with a sales value of ₹1,018.70 crore.
The company attributed the higher sales in Q4 FY26 compared to both Q3 FY26 and Q4 FY25 primarily to the launch of Aaroham Phase-I and Phase-II in Gurugram, which alone contributed 5.44 lakh sq ft and a sales value of ₹832.50 crore.
