The developer has announced the launch of Trident Parktown, a premium integrated township spread over approximately 125 acres in Sectors 19A and 40, Panipat, with a total planned investment of ₹1,200 crore. Phase 1 of the project will offer over 400 residential plots, with sizes starting from 200 sq. yds, marking Trident Realty’s strategic expansion beyond metro and core NCR markets.
For developers, tier-2 and tier-3 cities like Panipat are becoming attractive as affordability pressures rise in metros, while demand for larger homes, plotted developments, and community-centric living grows. Improved highway connectivity, expanding industrial activity, and proximity to major urban centres are reshaping residential demand in these markets.
“Panipat represents the next phase of urban growth—where infrastructure, connectivity, and aspiration intersect,” said S.K. Narvar, Group Chairman, Trident Realty. “With Trident Parktown, our aim is to create a future-ready township that reflects evolving lifestyle preferences, while offering long-term value in an emerging city.”
Designed as a wellness-oriented integrated township, Trident Parktown will feature a mix of residential plots, independent floors, group housing, and retail and commercial spaces. The project’s planning is inspired by the concept of holistic living, with neighbourhoods themed around the seven chakras, expressed through landscaped zones and thematic parks.
The township will include 10 theme-based parks, a 2.25-km cycling track, sports courts, outdoor fitness areas, community lawns, amphitheatres, yoga and meditation spaces, and pedestrian-friendly pathways. An ultra-modern clubhouse is also planned as a social and lifestyle hub integrating leisure, wellness, and dining facilities.
According to Parvinder Singh, CEO, Trident Realty, the project reflects a growing focus on integrated planning in non-metro markets. “Homebuyers in tier-2 cities today are seeking the same quality of infrastructure, amenities, and design that was once limited to metros. Our focus has been to deliver a township where functionality, aesthetics, and lifestyle converge seamlessly,” he said.
With Panipat benefiting from its location on the Delhi–Chandigarh corridor and rising residential interest, projects such as Trident Parktown highlight how developers are recalibrating their growth strategies—looking beyond metros to tap the expanding demand in India’s next generation of urban centres.
