IRB Infrastructure Developers on Wednesday reported a solid rise in toll revenues for December, reflecting sustained traffic growth across its road portfolio.
Aggregate gross toll collection for the IRB Group — comprising IRB Infrastructure Developers and its two sponsored InvITs — rose about 12% year-on-year to ₹753.8 crore in December 2025, compared with ₹674.7 crore in the same month last year.
The company said the growth was supported by steady economic activity and consistent traffic momentum
across key corridors. “IRB Group continues to see strong and consistent traffic growth, driving robust toll revenue growth for the month of December 2025, supported by healthy GDP expansion,” said Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO of IRB Infrastructure.
He added that the underlying demand trend remains strong and is expected to accelerate further as revenue from new toll-operate-transfer (TOT) projects and completed BOT assets begins to flow in the coming months.

From October 2025, IRB has started reporting combined toll revenues of the parent company and its sponsored InvITs, following its increased investment in the public InvIT and the transfer of certain assets as part of its asset-rotation strategy.
Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers ended 1.15% higher at ₹42.37 on the NSE ahead of the announcement.
