KPI Green Energy Ltd has signed a contract with SJVN Ltd, a state-run power producer, to execute a 200 MW (AC) solar power project at the GIPCL Renewable Energy Park, Khavda, Gujarat.
The deal, valued at
₹696.50 cr, marks a significant milestone in KPI Green’s expanding portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects.
The scope of work under the agreement includes the supply of all plant and equipment, erection and construction activities, handling and insurance of equipment, and testing and commissioning.
The company will also undertake comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for three years post-COD, including spares and consumables.
The project is structured through three separate contracts—Supply, EPC, and O&M.
With this project, KPI Green’s total footprint in Khavda exceeds 845 MWp (DC), cementing its position as a key EPC service provider in one of India’s most strategically important renewable energy corridors, stated the company's exchange filing.
