Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The market is trading on a cautious note ahead of Thursday's market holiday; the Nifty bulls would aim to begin the June F&O series for the NSE contracts on a positive note.

The Nifty is below the 24,900 mark, with the index falling just about 40 points. Sensex is down 100 points, falling below the 76000 mark. 24,000 remains the key level for the index, with the bulls failing to defend that on Tuesday.

The key level lower down for the Nifty is 23,800 on a closing basis. On the upside, 24,088, which is Tuesday's high, followed by the 24,200 - 24,250 zone, could act as a potential hurdle.

The Nifty Bank index is down over 100 points, and for the banking index, 55,000, remains key to watch. On the upside, Tuesday's high of 55,536 is the level to cross for the bulls.
