Bengaluru-based lender, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, on Saturday (January 3), released its business update for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
Total deposits stood at ₹42,219 crore as of December 31, 2025, compared with ₹34,494 crore a year earlier, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.2%. On a sequential basis, deposits increased 7.5% from ₹39,211 crore as of September 30, 2025.
CASA deposits rose 33.1% year-on-year to ₹11,533 crore, while the CASA ratio improved to 27.3% from 25.1% a year ago. The credit-deposit ratio was at 87.8% as of December 31, 2025.

The gross loan book increased 21.6% year-on-year to ₹37,055 crore, compared with ₹30,466 crore as of December 31, 2024. Sequentially, the loan book grew 7.1% from ₹34,588 crore. Housing loans, including micro mortgages, rose 49.6% year-on-year to ₹9,560 crore, while MSME advances grew 69% to ₹2,863 crore.
Vehicle loans more than doubled to ₹823 crore, gold loans surged to ₹557 crore, and agri banking loans increased to ₹607 crore. The secured loan book expanded 48.8% year-on-year to ₹17,829 crore, with the secured book ratio rising to 48.1%.
During the third quarter of FY26, overall disbursements stood at ₹8,311 crore, compared with ₹5,362 crore in Q3FY25, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 55%.
Group loan disbursements increased 70.7% to ₹3,464 crore, while individual loan disbursements rose 42.9% to ₹1,224 crore. Gold loan disbursements jumped to ₹307 crore, and vehicle loan disbursements rose to ₹274 crore during the quarter.

Asset quality showed improvement, with portfolio at risk declining to 3.98% as of December 31, 2025, from 5.36% a year earlier. Gross non-performing assets eased to 2.39% from 2.68% in the corresponding period last year. Write-offs during Q3FY26 stood at ₹119.6 crore.
Micro banking collection efficiency for Group Loan and Individual Loan Bucket X remained strong at 99.70% in December 2025. On Friday (January 2), shares of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd ended at ₹55.76, up by ₹2.36, or 4.42%, on the BSE.
