Hero MotoCorp posted strong November numbers, with total dispatches rising 31% year-on-year to 6,04,490 units, comfortably ahead of the CNBC-TV18 poll of 5.95 lakh units.
Domestic sales grew 12.4% to 5.70
lakh units, while exports recorded a sharp 69.7% jump to 33,970 units.
The company said the performance reflects continued post-festive momentum, aided by positive consumer sentiment across urban and rural markets, GST-related support measures and steady retail traction.
New models including the Xtreme 125R, GlamourX 125, Destini 110 and Xoom 160 continued to see strong acceptance, contributing materially to volumes.
VAHAN registrations—an indicator of retail demand—also remained robust. Hero reported 886,330 units registered on VAHAN during November, with combined October–November registrations up 26% to the highest levels recorded.

Its EV brand, VIDA, maintained momentum with 66% YoY growth in registrations and a 10.4% market share, supported by the VX2 lineup.
Exports remained a bright spot, with demand for models such as the Hunk 125R and Hunk 160R strengthening in Latin America, Africa and key Asian markets. The company said it continues to expand its market presence with Euro5+ compliant products and a greater push in premium and electric portfolios.

Ahead of the announcement, shares of Hero MotoCorp closed 2% higher at ₹6,297 on the NSE.
