The company witnessed a decline across all parameters — net profit, revenue and earning before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) and its margins narrowed as well.
Clean Science reported a net profit of ₹45.8 crore which was 30% lower than the previous year's ₹65.6 crore.
Its revenue declined 8.7% to ₹220 crore from ₹241 crore in the third quarter last year.
Clean Science's EBITDA came in at ₹72.3 crore, which declined 26.5% from the previous year's ₹98.4 crore.
Its margin contracted to 32.9% from 40.9% in the year-ago period.
Clean Science's board also declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share for the financial year 2026. It has fixed February 6 as the record date for the same. The interim dividend will be paid to shareholders on Monday, February 23, 2026, the company said in an exchange filing.
Shares of Clean Science ended the previous session 2.5% up at ₹863 apiece. The stock has declined 29.4% in the last six months.
