Leading transportation and logistics company VRL Logistics Ltd on Monday (November 3) reported a 39% year-on-year increase in net profit at ₹50 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, up from ₹36 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations remained flat at ₹796.5 crore compared with ₹799.4 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 14.2% year-on-year to ₹151.4 crore from ₹132.6 crore.

Correspondingly, the EBITDA margin improved to 19% from 16.6% in the same quarter last year.
VRL Logistics, with a total fleet of over 6,177 vehicles, employs 21,557 people. It provides luxury bus service in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Shares of VRL Logistics Ltd ended at ₹281.00, up by ₹0.40, or 0.14%, on the BSE.
