Patanjali Foods declares interim dividend for FY26

Patanjali Foods Ltd on Saturday (November 8) announced that its board has approved an interim dividend of ₹1.75 per equity share for the financial year 2025–26. In an exchange filing, the company said the dividend is on equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each and will be paid on or before December 7, 2025.

The company’s board, which met earlier in the day, also fixed November 13, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend. "The Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 8, 2025, have inter alia approved the declaration of an interim dividend of ₹1.75 per equity share," Patanjali Foods said in its filing.

The shares of the company ended 0.5% in the green on Friday (Nov 7). The stock has fallen 4.5% in the year so far.

The edible oil major reported a 67.4% rise in its net profit at ₹517 crore. The revenue from operations increased 21% year-on-year to ₹9,344.9 crore, while EBITDA grew 19.4%. EBITDA margin stood at 5.6%.
