Trade tensions between Washington and Beijing have found a new flashpoint, and India is caught in the middle. The White House has named India among more than 40 countries it says have helped Chinese exporters circumvent US tariffs, adding a fresh dimension to an already complex trade relationship.
Geopolitics, meanwhile, continues to shape energy markets. Oil prices have eased, but traders remain on edge as talks to reopen the Strait of Hormuz remain deadlocked and fresh attacks on tankers and energy infrastructure keep supply risks firmly in focus.
Back home, CNBC-TV18 has accessed fresh findings from Airbus into the Air India Phuket-Delhi incident, offering new insight into what unfolded in the cockpit after multiple hydraulic-system failures.
On the markets front, LG Electronics India is in focus after a stronger-than-expected quarter, while the rupee has edged higher as softer crude prices offer some relief.
Beyond markets, AI competition is showing no signs of slowing.
