Infrastructure company NCC Ltd on Thursday (February 5) reported a net profit of ₹122.5 crore for the third quarter, down 36.6% from ₹193.2 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue for Q3 declined 9% year-on-year to ₹4,868.3 crore, compared with ₹5,344.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹436.3 crore, down 1% from ₹440.8 crore reported in the same quarter a year ago. EBITDA margin improved to 9% for the quarter, compared with 8.3% in the year-ago period.
On a consolidated basis, NCC reported a turnover of ₹4,900.43 crore (including other income) for the third quarter of the current year, down from ₹5,382.86 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter were 1.95, against 3.08 in the year-ago quarter.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a consolidated turnover of ₹14,693.42 crore, down from ₹16,165.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.
EBITDA was ₹1,285.67 crore, and net profit attributable to shareholders stood at ₹469.30 crore, compared with ₹1,361.76 crore and ₹566.06 crore, respectively, in the previous year. Basic and diluted EPS for the nine-month period were 7.47, against 9.02 in the corresponding period of the previous year.
On a standalone basis, NCC reported a turnover of ₹4,082.27 crore for Q3, down from ₹4,719.87 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBITDA was ₹327.31 crore, while net profit stood at ₹62.01 crore, compared with ₹409.39 crore and ₹185.27 crore respectively in the year-ago period. Basic and diluted EPS were 1.30, against 2.95 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the nine-month standalone period, the company reported a turnover of ₹12,287.09 crore, EBITDA of ₹999.58 crore, and net profit of ₹373.88 crore, compared with ₹12,493.34 crore, ₹1,249.34 crore, and ₹545.68 crore, respectively, in the previous year. Basic and diluted EPS for the period were ₹5.95, against ₹8.59 in the corresponding period last year.
During the third quarter, NCC secured orders aggregating ₹12,430 crore. The consolidated order book stood at ₹7,957 crore as of December 31, 2025.
The board also approved the effective date for the amalgamation of NCC Infrastructure Holdings Ltd (NCCIHL) with NCC Ltd. Upon receipt of the certified copy of the order from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, approving the scheme, the effective date of amalgamation will be February 28, 2026. Upon the scheme becoming effective, NCCIHL will stand dissolved without being wound up.

Shares of NCC Ltd ended at ₹152.45, down by ₹2.65, or 1.71%, on the BSE.
