Bank of Baroda
has concluded the issuance of senior unsecured fixed-rate notes amounting to $700 million under its medium-term note (MTN) programme, according to an exchange filing.
The issuance comprises $400 million of notes with a three-year maturity and a coupon of 5.114% per annum, and $300 million of notes with a five-year maturity and a coupon of 5.318% per annum. The coupons are payable semi-annually.
The bonds will be issued through Bank of Baroda’s IFSC Banking Unit on August 20, 2026. The notes will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, India INX and NSE-IX Exchange in GIFT City.
The bank had earlier referred to its July 24, 2026 communication regarding the bond issuance. The latest filing confirms the conclusion of the issuance of the senior unsecured fixed-rate notes under Regulation S.
Bank of Baroda shares closed at ₹248.22 on the NSE on August 14, up ₹0.22 or 0.09%.
