PNC Infratech reported a 42.9% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, at ₹108 crore compared with ₹75.5 crore a year ago.
As per exchange fillings, revenue from operations declined 5.1% to ₹1,617 crore in the quarter against ₹1,704 crore in the corresponding period last year.
EBITDA fell 23.5% year-on-year to ₹277 crore from ₹362 crore, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 17.1% from 21.3%.
The road segment continued to remain the largest contributor to PNC Infratech’s business during the March quarter, with revenue rising marginally to ₹1,256.3 crore from ₹1,242.3 crore a year ago.
However, segment results from the road business declined to ₹120.9 crore compared with ₹135 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
The water segment reported revenue of ₹210.1 crore versus ₹201.3 crore a year ago, while segment profit improved to ₹34.1 crore from ₹31.4 crore.
Revenue from the toll/annuity segment fell sharply to ₹150.6 crore in Q4FY26 from ₹260.5 crore in the year-ago quarter. Segment profit from the business also declined to ₹86.9 crore compared with ₹155.3 crore last year.
The company’s board recommended a final dividend of 30% or ₹0.60 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
The board also approved the appointment and designation of Managing Director Chakresh Kumar Jain as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of PNC Infratech closed 0.92% higher at ₹213.80 on the NSE.
