In a regulatory filing with the exchanges, the company said the technology transfer agreement has been executed with DRDO under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
The DNS system enables enhanced visibility for tank drivers during low-light and night-time operations, making it a critical component for armoured vehicle mobility and combat readiness.

While the company did not disclose commercial details, the arrangement is expected to strengthen Paras Defence’s portfolio in electro-optics and defence technologies. This is a key focus area as India is pushing for higher domestic manufacturing and indigenisation in strategic systems.
Post announcement, shares of Paras Defence and Space Technologies were trading at ₹719, up 1.2% today on NSE as of 02:22 PM, near intraday high of ₹721.
