Revenue from operations fell 10.4% to ₹1,702.3 crore from ₹1,900.5 crore, while Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) declined 29.2% to ₹367.4 crore from ₹519.1 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 21.6%, compared with 27.3% a year earlier.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, consolidated PAT rose 21.98% from ₹200.2 crore in the March 2026 quarter, while revenue from operations increased 8.76% from ₹1,565.2 crore.
Total expenses rose to ₹1,446.5 crore from ₹1,338.7 crore sequentially, while they stood at ₹1,481.8 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Agro chemicals revenue declines; pharma reports loss
The company's Agro chemicals segment reported revenue of ₹1,648.8 crore, compared with ₹1,828.7 crore a year ago and ₹1,461.2 crore in the March quarter.
The Pharma segment reported revenue of ₹54.2 crore, against ₹72.3 crore in the year-ago quarter and ₹104.8 crore sequentially. Agro chemicals reported profit before tax of ₹383.5 crore, compared with ₹565.6 crore a year ago. Pharma reported a loss before tax of ₹81.6 crore, compared with a loss of ₹76 crore in the year-ago period.
Board approves PI Foundation
Separately, the company's board approved the incorporation of PI Foundation, or such other name as approved by the Registrar of Companies.
The proposed not-for-profit entity will undertake Corporate Social Responsibility activities under Section 135 read with Schedule VII of the Companies Act. PI Industries will hold 100% of the entity directly or indirectly, with an initial share capital subscription of ₹1 lakh.
Shares of the company ended today's trading session at ₹2,719, down 1.18% from the previous close on the National Stock Exchange.
